Connect InsightSquirrel to thousands of apps, no code needed.

What it does

Zapier lets you send new quiz leads to thousands of other apps without writing any code. InsightSquirrel sends the completed result to a Zapier catch hook, and your Zap does the rest.

What data is sent

The contact's name, email and phone (whatever you collected)
The quiz title and its web address
The score and the maximum score
The result they were given (and their top category)
When they completed it

How to set it up

In Zapier, create a Zap that starts with "Webhooks by Zapier" and the "Catch Hook" trigger. Copy the custom webhook URL it gives you.
In InsightSquirrel, go to Integrations, add a Zapier connection and paste that URL.
Complete your quiz once so Zapier receives a sample to map.
Add your action step in Zapier (for example add a subscriber, create a contact, add a row) and switch the Zap on.

Common questions

Zapier isn't seeing any data.

Complete the live quiz once after pasting the URL. The catch hook only receives real completions, so a single test run gives Zapier a sample to work with.

How do I map the fields?

The payload is flat and stable, so in Zapier you can map name, email, phone, score and result straight onto your action step.
