Answers run 0 to 10 and convert to a score out of 100 across Access, Resolution and Clarity, where high means low effort. The headline score reads how easy you are to deal with, and the lowest category names the friction to fix.
Customers reach you fine, but resolution scored lowest. They are having to chase. Cut one handoff from your support flow and set clear response-time expectations up front.
| Effortless (82-100) | Easy to deal with. A quiet loyalty driver. Protect it. |
| A bit of a slog (58-81) | Some friction. Fix the highest-effort moment first. |
| Hard work (0-57) | Dealing with you is tiring. This is a churn risk. Act now. |
